Good to know
Cancellations. Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at 50% of the grooming fee.
Matting. Badly matted coats take much longer and can be uncomfortable for your dog. Matting is charged from £10, and we'll always talk to you before carrying on.
Fleas and parasites. If we find parasites, the salon needs a full clean before the next dog, charged from £5.
Collection. We'll message you the moment your dog is ready — please collect promptly so the next dog arrives to a calm salon.
Payment. We currently accept cash and bank transfer (BACS).
